UrbanSolutions Planning & Land Development Consultants Inc. is the authorized planning consultant acting on behalf of Gateway Development Group Inc. (Owner) to prepare and submit applications for an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment for the lands municipally known as 804-816 King Street West, in the City of Hamilton. The proposed infill development entails a purpose-built student residence building with ground floor commercial area and 30 residential suites. In addition, surface parking for 13 vehicles and 5 short-term bicycle parking spaces, and long-term bicycle storage is proposed. To facilitate this proposal, the planning applications were submitted to the City of Hamilton on December 21, 2018, and deemed complete on January 18, 2019.
